Agreement for Enterprise Software & Services

AetherByte provides custom software development, ERP implementation (School, Hospital, Retail), Cloud Migration, and IT Consulting. Specific project deliverables will be governed by an individual Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall own the rights to the custom-developed frontend and business logic. However, AetherByte retains ownership of its proprietary base engines, framework optimizations, and reusable libraries used in the development process.
Standard projects require a 40% advance payment. Managed IT Services (AMC) are billed annually in advance. Late payments may result in the suspension of cloud services or technical support.
While we architect for high performance, AetherByte is not liable for data loss or business downtime caused by third-party hosting providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) or client-side infrastructure failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
